Emotional Intelligence (TEIQue)
Hosted by an expert trainer, the Trait Emotional Intelligence Accreditation course explores both the basics and advanced concepts of Thomas’ Trait Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire and its impact on workplace relationships, emotional functioning, and stress management. You’ll learn about the TEIQue model, its role in recruitment and development, and how to use it responsibly. In this course you’ll build the skills to administer, interpret, and give feedback on TEIQue reports, applying these insights to various commercial scenarios. At the end of this course, you will have gained the knowledge to promote behavior change and self-awareness within your organization. TEIQue Practitioner accreditation is earned once the course is completed and after passing a short knowledge check.
